Eligibility for Returns
At XYLARIVENOX, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be eligible to return or exchange the item. Please note the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Affix the return label provided by our team to the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange:
- Approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed immediately upon approval of your return.
